Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Forma & Folio, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure quality and fairness.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
🚫 No returns will be accepted on used or damaged items.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This helps cover handling, inspection, and inventory processing costs.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- The refund amount will exclude:
- Original shipping costs
- The 10% restocking fee
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after receipt.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item:
- You must request the exchange within the 7-day window
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
